I must agree with Wielic here. Do NOT fuck the intern you work with, have never seen that end very well at all - ever.
As for how to proceed given the circumstances, continue seeing her on a friends-ONLY level (I wouldn't even be platonic at this point). Be gracious, accommodating, helpful and friends-ONLY. Note this is very difficult for most men to do; especially if/when alcohol is involved so I am doubtful this is even good advice that I am putting out.
Nonetheless, when she graduates and gets a job at some other place then you're in - bang her face off. If she gets hired at your place of employment, then revert back to instructions above. "Find new job, accept offer, etc. ".
