I'm looking for providers that may work out of her house or private studio. Someone that's looking to cut me overhead a little bit about working on her own. I would sponsor this person with my time and money. There are some really good a&p in Memphis Lisa on Kirby is fantastic. But I would rather go to a mom and pop operation for speed a small lady working on the road if anybody can chew me into that send me a message. Thanks.

The living arrangements of these girls are no different than the Asian or Hispanic workers that work in a restaurant. The employer puts a roof over their head and gives them a job, and that's it. The employer doesn't even pay them a wage. Most of the time several have to share the same sleeping room. They have to buy their own food, toiletries and anything else they need. Tip money is the only wage they make.
This line of work is basically like doing an outcall. You pay for a room, and then pay for someone's time.

Most live in the Queens, NY / NJ area. After 2 months of work they get to return home for a few weeks to visit friends and family, live a normal life. Doubt they pay taxes and doubt the owners report all the income received, since its cash.
I won't go into details because it's not our city, but if you are driving through Chattanooga or that Northern GA, it's worth a stop to one of their FS AMPs. For 80+140, you get everything you would get at Tokyo for way less money and a better overall experience. Check out their forums for details from their regulars.

Tip money is the only wage they make.[/QUOTE]And it's a decent amount of money -- untaxed income at that -- if you figure they're seeing at least 4-5 customers a day (and the amount of times that door chimes / phone rings when I'm there tells me they have a pretty steady flow). You guys are of course free to be more generous than I am, but 2/3 of the house fee is where I've settled after trying varying amounts and not really seeing much difference in what I get.
