As long as you're using the cell phone it can triangulate you're location even narrow where in the building you are. As of right now the equipment is expensive and usually used for high value criminals not misdemeanor offenses.

I am so disappointed with myself, I should have used the video. Instead I used the camera so pictures didn't come out like I wanted them to crystal clear.
