Whenever a provider does not deliver a promised service it puts you in a difficult position. Some people get a refund through persuasion, intimidation, or force. I rarely have ever been persuasive enough to convince providers to give me a refund for failed delivery of service. The one time I did, she got mad and wrote a review about me on some site providers use. That bad review she wrote about me still gives me trouble when trying to schedule with upscale providers. Using intimidation and force can lead to dangerous situations and blacklisting, and I am good on that risk. I've been in way too many bad situations when I got scammed by a provider who didn't deliver, and to me personally, going home safely is always worth more than money. The other options are to leave or pay the up charge. I chose to pay the 75 up charge.
