To start a network, you'll need to find newbie friendly providers. You can join the noob club, but it's not all that useful. Easiest would be to find someone who posts on BP and hx who doesn't do much screening because a) too dumb b) an idgaf way of life or c) pimp doesn't care because he won't be the one cited. Contact off the BP ad number, and afterwards, mention hx and ask about ratings. That's how I've started my backups because I refuse to waste a session on some of the noob friendly wildebeest.
