On Friday 10/28 around 3 PM I stopped at the Speedway gas station in Elgin at McLean and Big Timber. I was in my vehicle looking at my phone and I noticed a woman coming out of the store. I walked into the store grabbed a few things and waited in line for a while. When I walked outside I didn't see her anymore. I pulled onto Big Timber heading East and there she was standing on the corner holding some sign. I went by slowly and she once again smiled and waved at me. Then it was obvious to me that this young lady was obviously "working. " As for her stats, she was white and in her early 20's and about 5'6". She appeared to be between 130 and 140 pounds.
