You enter the club, the doorman hands you a coupon and you use it on the girl of your choice (work out a deal first on her tip, etc,). One per customer. It fills the club up, more drinks are sold and girls usually are able to sell another dance (or at least meet some new guys).

Dancers ranged from 6 to 8's and an occassional 9. A few had already been 'chosen' and stayed with their customers pretty much the duration of my stay. More memorable dancer was Stacie Cash.

Was in the neighborhood, so decided to check it out never having been. I have had dancers tell me "just pay for the bar, and I will be free" simply because they want to meet their quota. There are two clubs that the dancers usually take matters into their own "hands" and give complete services without giving a cut to the bar, but you will still have to buy a drink: Circus and the club around the corner at the edge of the Block. When I say complete, I mean "full" and complete service.
All of the dancers just want to make money, so the trick is to find the price that they will make for the service in the club, and use that as a starting point for take out services. The best thing to do is to find someone in the club that you are not interested in (so no little head influence) , buy her a drink, and she will probably tell you how things work in that club. Bartenders are iffy, unless you know the bartender, because they often skim a cut for themselves and will inflate the figures to their benefit. Once you have the info, find the one that you want and see where her head is at. All girls at the clubs "engage" in activities, particularly those at the lower end clubs.
They know that laying on their back is easier than hustling for drinks.

I think the problem though is a stripper with extras is pretty much an escort and there is likely overlapping with advertising as well. That said, check the BP ads. You will find a section for strippers. There is also a BP section here so you can find a good deal of reviews and info.
Many guys here have no trouble getting "take out" from strip clubs but that requires going and some investment in time. Probably not your best option in this situation.
There are also other boards though it's bad form to mention them here; but they also have sections for strippers and escorts. Again, you will have to decide how comfortable you are with each individual provider and her advertising and services.
You could just go to a club. Lap dances and, at least basic, extras are almost always available. I like sleeze myself but the Hustler and Scores are pretty civilized; the sleezier clubs on the Block will almost definitely have what you're looking for but in a package not likely palatable for you and your (very understanding) wife.
Lastly while it may not be the best for this project, check out the local swingers club. You'll find people who might just help you out for fun. I have seen that a number of times: wife1 want to play stripper, wife2 knows wife1 is safe and lets her give a lapdance to hubby. There's a level at which some of the dancing and show is better than a club.

If you were in a fraternity in college, go to the closest chapter with a case of beer and bring it up with the social chair. I used to do that frequently until my local house not only lost its charter and ot banned from campus but also lost its house off campus.
Strip clubs are your best bet, or hell, even the midway. As long as your wife isn't part of the interview or selection process, any "performer" is going to follow whatever script you give her far as your wife is concerned. Just make sure she's not all marked up and jonesing every 30 minutes.
