Past two visits (both with different therapists) ended with a standard finish. Was able to get some UTC for one of them and OTC for the other. One tried for a DIY but when I said no then she did the work herself. Which I appreciated.

My reason for calling is that I prefer certain providers over others. If my preferred are not available, I'll try again another day. Nothing like showing up to be given the one you don't want. There is a payphone right in the parking lot of the gas station down the road. Could use that in worst case.

I'll have to try a different approach next time.
