Neck tattoo = likely gang involvement
Hi,
I used to work with street gangs and the neckk tattoo thing is a street gang thing. It shows that they aren't afraid to affiliate, that they celebrate the crazy life and don't care who knows. They use it to mark affiliation, to mark property, and with some, to mark insanity. When you see a woman with a tattoo on her neck [especially with a name on it or with certain symbols -5 point star or crown, bunny head, champayne glass, the number 22, flaming heart etc] out selling her ass then likely the money is going to the gang.
That is not to say that she isn't willing and able and a good time. It just means that, duh, you can't trust her. As for perversions, given that girls are usually "sexed into" a gang with a roll of dice, there ain't nothing you suggest that she hasn't done with multiple guys.

Variety vs the sure thing
Returning from AC, I drove K late Friday about 4am. Not much out at all. Best looking girl I saw was probably BSW Nikki up around Frankford and Sellers. She's the one w/ the good body who got mad at me when I correctly guessed her age. In a couple of cycles I saw nothing between Tioga and Erie / Torresdale, which is unusual. On the second pass, I saw a couple girls sitting on the stoop down Letterly. Circled around and picked up "Debbie" who said she's "new to the game." Dark blond hair, about 5'6", 135 lbs, not bad looking. A bit nervous at first. She was telling me some of the tips other girls have been telling her about how to avoid ULE. Just relapsed after being off heroin for 3 years.
Debbie seems like a very nice, decent, down-to-earth girl. We talked about her battle with addiction and some other topics as we drove to my spot, but I must be losing my edge because once we got down to business it kind of interfered with getting sexual with her. Part of it is that her inexperience showed. Her BBBJ skills are poor. She tries and doesn't scrape you with her teeth but she was too slow and gentle and really wasn't getting me off. I had to move things along w/ my hand, then I got her to start using her hand along with her mouth. Finally came and she caught and spit. It was okay but very little excitement. After dropping her off I was thinking back on the last few experiences I've had with girls who are new to me. My batting average has been poor lately. It's hard for me to do but I got to stop always looking for variety and stick more with the girls who've shown me they deliver the goods.

Not a lot of posting going on. I've checked out the K and Camden strolls on probably 3 different days since my last post. Neither one has been all that active during my visits. Mid-week on K there seemed to be some suspicious looking activity toward the northern end of the stroll, up past Erie/Torresdale. It was a vice night so I'm always more on guard then and often you'll find fewer girls out too. About 10:30-11pm I saw a BSW and WSW I'd never seen before standing on the corner of Adams and K. That's the little street up by Womrath Park just before you hit the Frankford-K intersection. Something didn't really strike me right about them and I glanced down the street and saw a white van idling in the shadows. White vans on a vice night ought to raise your suspicions and they did for me. I remembered Davey mentioning there's history of stings in this area.
Continuing up around the corner I saw a ridiculously obvious ULE vehicle w/ blacked out tinting and roof antenna parked at Frankford and Church, a corner that tends to get some action. A BSW (or ULE) I'd never seen before was standing directly across the street. No thanks.
Mid morning Saturday I didn't see a whole lot out either. I did see a fairly young, very bored or strung out WSW sitting on the corner at Front and Berks. Tried a couple times to get her attention but no success. A few blocks up from her I saw a tall, kind of solidly built redhead standing at a bus stop wearing designer or much more likely fake designer sunglasses. Not my preferred body type but I was getting tired of striking out so I picked her up. When she took off her glasses I could see she was much older than I thought. Not bad looking at all for her age which is probably mid-40's at least, but not what I was expecting at all. She introduced herself as "Liz," but also gave me a ethnic name that I think she said is her real name. Liz has nice eyes and her red hair is dyed but she says she does have darker auburn hair. She says guys sometimes tell her she looks like a cop and I told her that those glasses she wears looked a little suspect to me.
Very pleasant woman and she gave an excellent BBBJCIM, with ball and shaft licking, ball fondling, looking up at you while she sucks which is something I like that not many girls do.
