For Royal, they appear to be operating in quiet mode, with sign off. A ring of the door bell will tell you the real status. I suspect others may be operating similarly.

Well after a nap, see my report in Los Angeles Craig's list about my morning escapades, I went for a little different flavor. (wish I had more days off!!!)

I'll vouch for this too. I used monger a bunch, but find myself down to maybe 2-3 x's/month. Times are tough.

Took a quick tour of the area. Haven't been there for over a year.

Le Sun is closed, turned into a store. La Paz is locked shut. Nobody is around. Other places on Manchester were also locked up.

I miss my little Korean girls. Is there any KAMPs left in this area???

Given all that has been written about her, I'm not so sure it is safe to say that she is not a bio-hazard.
I suppose it is safe to say that there is not confirmation that she is the bio-hazard that people have alleged.
