Most unlikely that you can catch one through BBBJ. Saliva has ultra low risk of transferral of STD (you never hear of not DFF to avoid a STD) and transfer rates are much higher there than a BBBJ. Not a doctor, but I do my research.

I'm in the right field for this and I'll throw in my two cents.

It all depends on the virus. Different STDs have different modes of infection, but generally speaking, parenteral infections are by far the most common. It's bad news to those of us who enjoy SWs since 99% of them are desperate addicts that have no doubt shared a needle with other addicts more than a few times. Infections via an oral route are considered negligible as far as HIV is concerned due to sheer statistics, but the statistics are flawed due to the large latency period (up to 20yrs) of the virus, the honesty and memory of the subjects, and who says a person wasn't infected from a bbbj well before 20 unprotected vaginal intercourse afterwards a person had with an infected partner. It's almost impossible to pin down. Parenteral and perinatal infections on the other hand are considered the "most common" modes of reported infections due to obvious reasons.

The bad news about HIV is the numerous oral manifestations an infected person can have inside their mouths. Oral candidiasis (fungus) and herpetic ulcers (cold sores) are by far the most common along with bacterial and parasitic infections, ultimately resulting in oral cancer which can get really nasty. If a person is infected with HIV it's only a matter of time you have them showing up in their mouths. I love a bbbj as much as the next guy, but when you're getting your bbbj from a $40 SW you better pray she doesn't have any of the above, and if not, that she has impeccable oral hygiene and brushes regularly so her gums aren't bleeding, or she hadn't bit her lip just prior. There's a reason why the anal route is most common among sexual transmission and it's simply because of its thin lining that bleeds easily.

Other viruses like Herpes and Hepatitis B and C are another story. There are reports that say a significant amount has been detected in saliva, urine, and even breast milk. Hep B and C can easily kill you, you definitely don't want it, and herpes you just live with for the rest of your life. I'm not the one to refuse a DFK and some sweet milk coming out of some nice tits on a working girl, but think twice if she's a street walker that hints drug use and poor hygiene, not to mention poor judgement -- which is 99% of them.

My advice, if you want a bbbj, get it from a girl that isn't an addict that charges well above two jacksons, the risk isn't as nearly as high. And if you're having bbfs with a SW, you may as well be playing russian roulette with a semi-automatic. It really is that stupid.

I am posting this in General Reports because I am going to hit on a few different subjects.

About 2 weeks ago I was on the west coast for about 5 days. I started with a weekend in TJ and then spent the next 3 days in Vegas. If you’ve never been to TJ it’s definitely worth a trip. One can get an STD from BBBJ but the probability is lower than from BBFS or especially BB anal. F to M transmission of HIV via BBBJ is quite low but not impossible. The biggest risk to the receiver of a BBBJ is Herpes or Clamydia.

Clamydia is basically symptomless is males but you can transmit it to your old lady. Herpes has gotten much scarier. There are strains (though rare at present) that have no obvious symptoms but can shed virus in the mouth of the infected individual allowing infection of the receiver of the BBBJ. Try explaining that to the old lady. There was a brothel in NYC that had that strain of herpes infecting a number of the providers that was ultimately identified as a focal point of Herpes infection in the city.

All that said, I can't recall ever refusing a BBBJ. What makes no sense to me is the logic of strict CBJ by the provider but unprotected DATY is no problem. Of course DATY through a dental dam isn't my idea of fun.

The photos are just too good IMHO. All look of professional and of air brushed quality so I would discount them as being photos of the girls supposedly available.

Plus, Vegas agencies have a very, very bad reputation for rip offs, cash and dash and bait and switch. I would avoid.
