Wonder what the real driver is behind closing down SPAs? I never ever have seen young workers or minors as SPs so that is not the issue. I just think it is easy work to make it look like police are doing something. They absolutely cannot even make a dent in the gang, murder and home break in issues so they need to draw attention to something they can do easy. Kind of like having those 12 cop cars chase down a hundred speeders on I75 in an afternoon to make their monthly numbers. Upsetting.
