I'm from Mass, but am traveling to Conn. Was going to stop at the NS Spa, but am seeing reports that it's hit or miss. Is that true? What's the point of a truck stop spa if you can't get extras.

Easiest way is to enter through the back door and take an immediate right, then left once you get to the top of the stairs.
