Next time I meet my new SB will likely be in a hotel. I did this once before at a lower end chain with my original SB and I paid cash although they still insisted on seeing my DL. But with this new SB I want a nicer hotel and my question is, will they typically let you pay or reserve with only a prepaid CC? Using my own CC is not an option.

Pre-payment is something else entirely. Don't pre-pay if you want to be an SD. If you've known an SB for a while, and if she has delivered well on her promises consistently in the past (you've fucked her multiple times already and are happy with results) and have an instinctual good vibe about her personality, then use your judgment about advance allowances. It is also a great way to check if your SB is lying or not to you. Have a fellow SD contact and verify / discredit info. Another benefit is that you can bounce ideas off each other.

The NSA already intercepted all of Google's e-mail communications. I'm sorry but your perception of e-mail communication privacy is way off. I'm in this industry, I've been doing this for decades.
I'm not saying you WILL get busted, I'm just saying that when presented with the option of discussing SBs (which is legal) using language which is not legal, while being simultaneously oblivious to the risks, would be incredibly unwise.
Again the most important thing to know here is that USASG is a business that has an interest in protecting your anonymity. Google, Yahoo, etc. Are exactly the opposite. It's not likely that the feds will come knocking on your door over a misdemeanor activity, but if one of the members of your group ends up getting involved in something that's high profile, like the Google exec and the heroin death (or similar high profile case), it's possible anyone involved with the person in question could get some unwanted attention.
