The information we post here is inadmissible in court. It would constitute "hearsay" at best. Anyone can say anything to anyone, but that doesn't mean the prosecution can use it at trial. They'd have to identify the poster, subpoena him, get him to testify that he did make the post in question, and that the information posted was accurate truthful.
Now, in order to do that, the prosecution would have to subpoena the records of the ISP hosting this site, which would be difficult because said ISP is in Canada and beyond the jurisdiction of U.S. courts. Or, they could try and get Jackson to provide the IP address and/or e-mail account of the particular poster and attempt to identify him that way. But the corporation Jackson has set up to own this site is located in another state and Hawaii courts, again, have no jurisdiction in another state. HPD already knows pretty much everything that gets reported here. They have a network of confidential informants who trade information for money, or for having the cops "look the other way" on some other matter. They regularly send in undercover officers to see what's going on. Many HPD officers are even customers themselves! Even though it's likely they monitor this site to some extent, the information here is actually of very limited use to them. At best, it might help them choose which establishments to focus further attention on, but I suspect they mostly rely on informants and neighborhood complaints to decide what to target next.
Bottom line is, all of our attempts to be vague or cryptic are useless in foiling LE because they already know our abbreviations and lingo even better than many of us do! As for where USASG Internet Properties, Inc. is incorporated, I have no idea.
