They know where the most likely buyers (men) of their massages are most likely going to be researching and or looking at. It doesn't mean they actually truthfully provide extras at all. It means "maybe we do and maybe we don't", you'll have to spend a ton of money checking in individually on all these various places to determine which, if any at all, actually do.
