In your 350 private deal scenario, who would pay for the hotel room? Someone has to pay. Whoever is paying the room cost is not going to be better off at 350.
Some girls can't or might not want to host. Even if you say you will host, the commute time for the girl to and from your place is at least an hour. Is she really better off at 350 for 2 hours (one hour commute time plus one hour private time) when she could potentially make 450 in 2 hours at the agency. Sure, she would have to fuck 2 guys at the agency, but it's more money.

Fucking 6 guys is EASIER than scheduling 1 guy.
Spoken to a handful of girls and it's always the same, it's not worth the hassle for them. I didn't realize how easy it was a for a girl to get fucked until I spoke to several girls I got semi-close with. Basically, most mongers are older married guys. They'll come in and some will nut within 5 minutes in a BBBJ and leave. Just a couple of things, one booker will have me wait 20 minutes over my scheduled time and tell me to fuck off if I can't wait and I still don't even get the full hour. I just have to take it since I only have limited agency privileges. One booker will put completely fake pics, have completey non GFE service, I'll drop a nut in 10 minutes and just have to leave because the girl is ugly / boring and I won't even complain because if I do dare complain I"ll just be told "well fuck off and don't book with us".
I've complained a couple of times or left bad reviews and gotten perma bans at least 2 agencies.

I can put together and develop a nice website for a project like this. Hell, I can even manage it as an extra source of revenue. Some challenges I'd need to overcome, though, are acquiring a talent pool, amassing clients, addressing pricing structure, logistics, and the pay for my work.
Ofc, I'm just freely mentioning something like this, but it can seriously be done by any one of us who has a deep, firsthand account of experiences in the hobby. Feel free to pm me if you would like.
I'm always transparent and welcome discussion. I've hesitated undertaking a project like this for reasons of my own, but if the income makes it worth it, the possibilities are endless.
