Along the same lines, is there anyway we can adjust the search to exclude all new accounts that were created in the last 3 or 6 months so we get someone real.

99% of the new (less than 1 month old) accounts I communicated with are spammers. I think after few days / weeks of spamming, the accounts will be banned.

This woman is legit, by all appearances, and not bad for a 43-year-old. (And keep in mind, I'm the guy who doesn't like older women, as a rule.).

She's looking for men in the 40-55 age range. Nothing wrong with that, either. Like most 40-somethings, she seems to be at least somewhat financially independent. (I. E. : she doesn't need your $300.).

But here's the *bigger* problem: that's a reasonable profile, for Match or eHarmony.

I don't blame her for being on Seeking. I blame Brandon Wade's "rebranding" of the site this past February.

We all joined Seeking years ago to meet college girls who were looking for tuition money. Or maybe the occasional young single mom looking for extra financial help. Almost none of us joined Seeking for conventional dating. (Why do that, when there's already plenty of vanilla dating sites?

I can't imagine that woman finding what she wants on Seeking.

Likewise, we have all been wondering, "where are the new 19 to 21-year-old college girls?" But a 19-year-old college girl, who was maybe in elementary school during the glory days of Seeking Arrangements, will likely be confused when she finds herself at the new site.

The whole "dating up" proposition is designed to appeal to 35- to 50-year-old women who are looking to land a trophy husband. *Not* college girls looking for $300 to pay their sorority dues.

When I deleted my last Seeking account, I checked as my reason, "I don't like Seeking's new direction".

The situation is the same in other cities. There are Reddit threads filled with complaints about what the rebranding has done to the site, which was already battered by the pandemic.

This is more than a complaint post; it's a question:

I recall back in 2011, I started sugar dating on SugarDaddieForMe (SD4 M), which eventually died, as Seeking Arrangements took over. I let my SD4 M account languish, and focused all of my attention on Seeking Arrangements.

Fast-forward to 2022. We're all stuck on Seeking because we remember the glory days of 2011 to 2018. We want those days back.

But maybe we're stuck in the past. Maybe it's time for us to explore other apps and venues. TikTok might be a good place to start, given the youthful demographic there. Maybe there's an effective Seeking alternative that we aren't aware of yet. Maybe there is someplace online where the college-age girls are talking about it. Just a thought.

This weekend I've preemptively blocked the delusional: the old, the obese, the not-that-attractive. These types should be in conventional dating. No reason at all to pay them!
