Whole hardheartedly agree with not carrying your I'd into a session. I've never been asked for it and taking it in only invites trouble. As for "outing" a provider, as the author suggested by placing an ad or sending a letter to LEO, I'm not into that either. Word of mouth is sufficient to effect change. In any industry, when a vendor provides sub-standard value (service / price), a vendor has either to reduce price or increase service or risk losing market share. And as the author rightly said, it isn't about emotional intimacy, it's all about the money for these girls. Less business, less money.
