Let me explain something to you. Never aagain blame negative reviews on the customer. I don't care what the service is it is the job of the provider of said services to figure out what their customer wants and provide that within the agreed upon terms. I can't expect an oil change shop to tailor my clothes but I do expect them to get the oil plug back in.
