Met up with her for dinner a couple of years ago, and last month. We didn't realize we had connected before until exchanged numbers again. Didn't go further as seems too business like and too much for me.

The only thing is the card is mailed to your house so that might be an issue if someone else is getting the mail.

I can't post a link to her profile because I was blocked.

We exchanged messages then moved to text. When I ask what she wanted for an allowance get this 7 k. 7 with three zeros after it. I don't think the profile was real and this person was just playing games. The profile was in Tacoma BTW. Hope this helps someone save there time.

Hey friends. I'll be in the area in the near future and was thinking about checking out the scenery. Just not sure on what the avg ppm arrangements are in the area. Not trying to be overtaken by gps or to mess up the market for you guys. My pms are open. Thanks for any input.

And I hate to be that guy but you mean median because the average is thrown way off by GPS and guys who fall for it, in Seattle moreso than a lot of places rn. We got those nerds with tech money who are too stupid to negotiate.

I juat noticed that most of the pros generally post lower rates out here than where I'm from in VA Beach area. So I was also gauging by that as well, negotiating is definitely key. Just trying to see how hard I should push back when discussing.
