I have been following this thread recently and it really has me intrigued. I have also been browsing SA, but I haven't yet paid for premium because I am on the fence about some things. Esp with some of these GPS asks. Sometimes they just put platonic on their profile but are actually still down though. But what you're looking for can easily be framed as an allowance. "An allowance of X to meet 1-2 times a month for fun," or something like that instead of using the words ppm. Or tell them that you'd like to start off per meet to get to know one another more before moving to an allowance.
But yes, very realistic depending on what your budget and standards are. The smaller your budget the more work you will have to put in. I would say asians generally have a higher price point in my experiences but you can get lucky at times. Just like I'm willing to pay more for someone hotter, theres many girls on there willing to take less for someone more attractive or connect better with. Met a couple where they told me of the offers they were getting which were significantly more than what I could afford, but denied them just because they were old, weren't attracted to them, or didn't connect well.
