The cop-to-tang ratio is about even today, maybe favoring cops. In Columbus overnight and decided to try the Broad/Sullivant route. No broads on Broad but several on Sullivant including one of those "No Fu****g way" to good to be true ones, a brunette that, atleast from the 30 or so feet away I was, looked incredibly hot. I'm generally cautious about those too good to be true girls. I dunno, but usually they charge a SW who is working while having HIV under either section 2907.25(B) of the Ohio Revised Code - "Prostitution - after positive HIV test" - or, more likely, 2907.24(B) - "Soliciting - after positive HIV test".

The language you use led me to Ohio Revised Code section 3701.81 "Exposing others to contagion". That's under a different area of the code (under Health -- Safety -- Morals), and it states that the offense is a misdemeanor. If it were one of the above, under Crimes, for soliciting or prostituting while having HIV, she'd be charged with a felony.

I would take this to mean she had some contagious disease that she exposed others to, but that it wasn't HIV. I'm just a layperson, so don't take my word for it! But I think they'd have charged her with the felony if she was soliciting while HIV positive, don't you? There's a lot of other diseases out there.

Also, does it state the exact section of the code she was charged under, uncluding the sub-section? That would be helpful.

It appears she's in trouble for something under this section:

3701.81 Exposing others to contagion.
(A) No person, knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that he is suffering from a dangerous, contagious disease, shall knowingly fail to take reasonable measures to prevent exposing himself to other persons, except when seeking medical aid.

(B) No person, having charge or care of a person whom he knows or has reasonable cause to believe is suffering from a dangerous, contagious disease, shall recklessly fail to take reasonable measures to protect others from exposure to the contagion, and to inform health authorities of the existence of the contagion.

(C) No person, having charge of a public conveyance or place of public accommodation, amusement, resort, or trade, and knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that persons using such conveyance or place have been or are being exposed to a dangerous, contagious disease, shall negligently fail to take reasonable measures to protect the public from exposure to the contagion, and to inform health authorities of the existence of the contagion.

9:30p - Started at Sullivant/Georgesville east bound. So two thin early 20's, 9+ on a sw scale chatting in one of the corners before Central on my second loop around. A long time mongerer, I've been reading this forum for a few months. I believe it works best as a "game-planning" strategy, as opposed to a "play-calling" strategy. I've not posted before because I don't believe there's much value in the "so-and-so was at the corner of such-and-such" post. What are invaluable, however, are the over-all mapping of usual hot spots, the heads up on LE, and, of course, the RULES. (For which I might expand on: Don't cruise too slow, tying up traffic and making your intentions obvious. Be subtle; don't disrupt the neighborhood, and the neighbors won't complain too much. Piss people off, and they will force LE's hand to apply more heat. Yes, I do recognize the absurdity of a 1st time poster offering advice, but I'm sure all real hobbyists will agree with me on this.)

Lack of creds notwithstanding, I had to comment on what appears to be a new forum just for internet trolls: Encyclopedia Dramatica. Maybe we should feel lucky, all the childish haters corralled together into a dirty playground sandbox, kicking sand at each other (and sticking the occasional cat turd into their own mouths). If only they'd all stay there.

I've seen home-made videos on the 'net, posted by so-called "concerned citizens", who take their cameras, in the middle of the night, to the worst parts of towns, to record the corner girls who are just doing their thing in the least obtrusive way they know how. These "concerned citizens" are so worried for their communities, they post these videos right on the internet. For the benefit of all the children to see, who otherwise wouldn't have had any idea such things transpired. Good work, Mr. Citizen, you complete hypocrite.

So, maybe all the trolls, haters and hypocrites can just hang out in their new sandbox and lament all the unsavory activities that the real people of the world engage in. To them, sex is an ugly business, and the business of sex is
uglier still.

Friend of mine tells me today of a great find on the Northside near Morse & Karl. He describes her as a particularly cute BBW-type white girl of 25 or so. I was doing a little noseying on the Public Access page and saw that there was a sting on the 14th in the Sullivant/Wheatland area. One officer had 10 guys listed on his arrest list.

I don't think anyone here mentioned seeing it.

Well after a really great date and nut with the one who insists on remaining off the net, I rolled Sully. Oh, suffice it to say she shaved and waxed the entire working area, giner, butt, and all around there and it was smooth as the day she was born.
