I was able to get a room at the Extended Stay America for less than 100 but their rates went up for the summer. One thing I really liked about them was that you could cancel up to 6 pm the day of the reservation so if you had concerns about an SB flaking, you plan to meet around 5 and if she no showed, you could just cancel and not lose any money.
Obviously you don't check in till she showed up.
