Convenience stores, supermarkets, gas stations, wal mart, radio shack, there are so many places selling them they're literally impossible to miss.
Just make sure you pay cash for it and for the cards to refill the minutes, use a pay phone to activate it and never, not once, use it to call any number that you would call using your real phone.

I would say that the easiest and cheapest way to go would be to buy a trac phone, You can find them at kmart,walgreens,best buy etc. for as little as 15 bucks. The grrat thing about it is that you can give them fake info(name ,ss#,address)and they will never check.

From sws to agencies, to indy girls. Stds ? well, you could get them from whom you least expect it !
