As of lately, the DT track is pretty much hit or miss. There is talent out there but it's quite inconsistent in times of day, locations, and quality. There have been times when I have cruised for hours and had to return home feeling I wasted half a tank. And other times I've driven through without any intentions to stop and that's when I have picked up some ladies that I would never expect to see DT quality wise. And yes, most nights after midnight is almost exclusively TV and TS.

DTLA has been cleaned up. I rarely see a SW working out there anymore. Ive seen Lisa out there but she walks down to LA/8th to work, beyond that nothing, and them BSw's you have seen are probably dealers. Ive cruised enough to recognize them. alot of otherwise "dark" lighted areas are now LIT.

Down on the row there is rarely a gem now, unless you cruise thru a tank, even then its hit and miss.

although I have spotted several nights in a row a blonde latina who works a few blocks west of Central/9th. I have not picked her up.


I have heard that Montana is in Jail, this is a FIRST that I have ever heard of her being in JAIL, anyone confirm?

The only hope in a resurgence of action in DT is all the 20-something year old white girls living in the lofts. My hope is that enough of them are partying tonight with drugs and, over time, get hooked to the point that their lives fall apart and have to resort to blowing me on a dark street off Central and 12th for a 15 bucks.

I could have not said it or wished it better!!!

Montana was out last night at her usual spot. Saw her getting dropped off at about 11:30pm. She was wearing a pink top.

Also, WSW Jessie was walking on 7th from san pedro towards los angeles st. and circled back to 8th and san pedro at around 11:30pm. She was walikng around reading a book. I wanted to pick her up but I couldn't due to "transportation issue". She was wearing her usual blue jacket. This is the same girl I reported on here on 05-04-09.

Cruised DT around 2AM on Fri 10/02. Tanna was patrolling her block on LA st. She looks even skinnier than before. She was wearing red pants and possibly the same pink top described in the previous post. But she looked like she had showered and her hair looked nice. Cruised 7th and Towne and all the surrounding blocks and absolutely nothing. Not even the TVs were out there. Deserted area. Went to the nearest 7-11 and got some coffee and a donut. Drove by there again at around 3:20AM and this time there was a flock of TVs. It's like they set a time for all to meet there. But not a single real female. Very disappointed decided to head south on Central and a few blocks north of Vernon met Rosie, older LSW. Very slender and wearing a miniskirt. Quoted .4 . Settled for .3 . Dark spot we both agreed on. Decent service. Got digits.

Guys ... I'm from Atlanta but will be in LA on 10/15. I'll have some time from 8 PM to midnight to monger ... Where should I troll ... need someplace reasonably safe for a middle aged white guy! I'm stying DT, but I haven't been in LA since 1980 ... not familiar at all with the area.

I don't know what you are expecting and if you are on foot its not really safe anywhere.

But downtown LA is for crack ho's. Occasionally theres a gem in the rough....a girl who is a recent addict...but most of the ladies down there are toothless wonders.

If you are staying near Fig/7th you can walk the bridge across the 110 and sometimes there are sw's from where the nice apartments are(the Medici) up to around Union. BUT NOT A SAFE AREA!

If you are staying somewhere near Broadway/Spring/Main and 7th, you can roll down along Los Angeles and Main in that general area...6th to about 8th, but again NOT A SAFE AREA!

If you are on foot thats about your only options. If you drive, your options expand, but the neighborhood(7th and 8th from Los Angeles to Alameda, including all side streets) just gets worse.

I was rolling down to hit DT when I spotted a little sex shop next to a donut place on the corner or Alameda and Washington its right on the corner. In there is a shopping place and there was like 4-5 BSW all 8-9 standing I wasnt really in the mood for BSW more latina but hey new spot I was 2 more on the side by the Washington side drove by twice like around 2-3am and it was craking. Is this new spot?

You're a block away from the Truck Wash. Behind the truck wash used to be a major hang-out spot for SW and street people. About two years ago, they tore down the truck wash and put in a new, nicer one. On the road behind the adult store, there used to be some action, too. I've had girls tell me they've done some business inside the store, taking a guy into a booth. I don't think that happens much any more, because stores like that will get shut down if there's that kind of action going on. Most places like that don't even have doors on the jack shacks any more. The Spearmint Rhino in Pomona used to be a great fun spot, but too many gays and hustlers, and they finally boarded up the glory holes. These are businesses, but if the customers aren't paying, how do you stay in business?

Crack ho's had been buzzarding around there for years. Not so much lately as noted in the post below. Also on Soto between olympic and washington there are always stray crack ho's. Nothing above a 3 but if you don't mind a fugly one... well then, go ahead and do your thing.

I know what place your talking about. A couple of months ago I passed by there early in the morning and saw what appeared to be a white or latina sw with blond hair. She was in the corner on alemeda and some small street next to that adult store. I came back to for a second look and was not sure if it was a she or he. I decided not risk it and left. I passed by there last week in the evenning and was surprised to find one cop on one of those three wheel police things just hanging there in the area. It was only one cop on patrol. Maybe they have found the activity to be picking up.

That wasnt a cop. It was a rent-a-cop security gaurd. I was curious about that area and went to check it out myself. Went in the a.m. No girls out. But that dude on the 3 wheel cart was rolling around. It looks real offical like a cop thang, but it wasnt.
