I'd recommend that you check out these Tokyo based resources before you go to save yourself a lot of headaches. They will give you all the information you need to know about the fuzoku industry in the Tokyo region from people who use them.

Even better, subscribe to their twitter accounts. Twitter will then feed you daily information so you won't have to look up the information, it will come to you.

These resources are for foreigners, so most of the places they write about are foreigner friendly (although it helps if you speak a little Japanese). They also warn you on the ones that will not accept non native Japanese or require you to speak Japanese in order to access it. RTFFs.

It's a few minute walk but there is nothing else back there behind the Dusit D2 so it is hard to miss. That is the closest gogo if you are staying near the night market. The place is tiny compared to Bangkok and the beginning prices are comparable for ST, but can be negotiated down. I didn't think the girls looked good enough to pay Bangkok prices, but the girls there are a lot sweeter than the Bangkok girls or Pattaya ones. Loi Kroh road has a few beer bars, but mostly older ladies. Head towards Thapae Gate from Le Meridien, there are some massage places here. The farther you walk down Loi Kroh, the more likely the HE. The massage parlors right next to the night market have tables and everything kind of out in the open, on the first floor, you just have a curtain. The ones farther down have massage upstairs or in a private room. Those you can get whatever service you want. The road goes all the way down to the old town and river. There is a big group of bars kind of off the street. There is a muay thai ring there where they have matches. All those are beer bars, but I didn't find anything to my liking there either. It kind of makes this loop, with a bunch of beer bars in the loop. On the right side of the loop, you can find another gogo. It is Star-something? Forgot the name besides the Star. Hard to miss, since it will be the only thing across the bars. It looks like a worn out building, the club is through the door and up on the second floor. Few dancers here also, I thought the ones at Foxy Lady were better and there were more at Foxy Lady. If you keep heading down Loi Kroh, once you get to the end, there is a bar on the corner. Turn right and there will be Spotlight, another gogo. I don't recommend that place, there were only two girls and neither were lookers. If you are at the Sunday night market and walking back towards the main night market, taking a peek there before heading down Loi Kroh works, but I wouldn't go out of my way to Spotlight. Foxy Lady was definitely the best though.

I didn't go for any soapy massage during my visit there, but there is a place called Sayuri. Fish bowl type place. A fellow monger at a beer bar told me about it, but I didn't have time to stop there during my trip to Chiang Mai. I wouldn't be able to tell you where it is, but jump into a tuktuk and guaranteed that they will take you there no problem.

Honestly I preferred Bangkok and Pattaya better, Chiang Mai doesn't really compare to those two. I don't think I'll go back to Chiang Mai. The tourist attractions are nice there but after you seen them, you seen them. Nightlife for mongering is kind of pitiful, nothing even remotely close to Nana Plaza, Soi Cowboy, Patpong, or Walking Street. Hell, not even comparable to Soi Buakhao or Soi 6 in Pattaya.

Totally agree, Chiang Mai is a great place to visit, shop, eat etc but not for mongering. Sayuri used to be decent but not sure about it now. There are two sides, a legit side and a fishbowl side. There used to be another place around there that the tuk tuk would take you to that had decent girls that they would bring out in a line up for you to choose but in all honesty they were decent looking but all looked like they did not want to be there as if they were not there by choosing so did not partake.

And this is just one man's opinion, but you will not find anything remotely resembling Happiness or Rejuve in SFO, especially in the area surrounding Union Square. Unfortunately, if you are looking for an equivalent level of selection and service you have to go south to the Peninsula (San Mateo), even further to the South Bay (San Jose) or to one of the AMPs located near the Oakland Airport. But I caution you regarding Oakland -- it's much more hit or miss when compared to San Jose, or places in that general vicinity. One thing for sure, if you opt for land further South the lady's pics are much more likely to be accurate.

The best sources are City Vibe or Night Shift and you want to look for ladies who advertise RBGFE -- which refers to the now defunct "RedBook" definition of GFE -- DFK, DATY, BBBJ, MSG and CFS. BBFS is VERY, VERY, VERY hard to find. Red Book ([URL]https://www.wired.com/2015/02/redbook/[/URL]) was the definitive source for supply and reviews. Nothing has really occupied that space. But it takes a lot of advance work, meaning you have to set the arrangement well before you travel, 4/5 days or so has been my experience.
