Nick, you are correct. There is no way in hell the USA Government is calling individuals who call even known prostitutes. Firstly, calls are not sufficient generally for solicitation. Secondly, that is the legal jurisdiction of local / state police, unless transporting the girls over state lines. They're not going to just call someone who responded to an ad though, at least not in any official capacity.
