Well, decided to take a plunge anyway (close to work).
Cons.: door price high ($80), no table shower (only stand-up shower, and a tiny one at that).
Pros: Reasonably private location, for a downtown AMP. No need to sign in with an inquisitive doorman. At least there is _a_ shower. Masseuse was someone I had seen before (at the School, I believe), so after a short but somewhat semi-decent massage she got naked and went at it with considerable skill.
Might repeat once in a while.
I am shocked that anything happens here, as it is in river north down the street from one of my favorite places, MR. BEEF on Orleans.
