I understand your premise my fellow hobbyist, but you didn't factor in overhead. Minus two weeks for vacation and only working 5 days a week the immediate overhead for room and board is $25,000 at a rate of $100 a day for a kinda decent hotel room. $60,000 not bad money though, but wait, not everyone desires an hour, hell not everyone desires a hhr. Some of us only want a QV for $60, then there are a few of us that want to badger that price and think it should be $40. Then there is that week where she can't work, mother nature, for at least a few days and those days the phone just doesn't ring. If she lives at the establishment she still has the overhead of $100 a night, and if she has her own pad, with kids then that's a whole nother expense. Is there a car (fuel, repairs, insurance)? We like for them to look sexy, lingerie, manicured nails, condoms, lube, working cell phone, snacks, food etc are some other expenses that add up. So if she catches all the breaks, maybe $35,000 a year, and she better not age, or gain weight, or get bashed on a discussion board by someone with hurt feelings.

If they could they would. They aren't machines. They are people. If they can charge 350 and see less clients they should. It is up to you the consumer to choose if you want to partake. I'm not hassling the Porsche dealer to sell me a car for 50% off what they can. They have a shelf life and the less they are used the longer their shelf life is.
