From a lessons learned and to prevent this pain & suffering I [B]never[/B].
- Have providers at the place I am staying. Did so once after visiting a provider a ton of times that I thought I could trust. She ended up getting hooked on something & I thought I would never get rid of her until I ended up moving.
- Use my primary phone. Always use a burner so if they reach out you can immediately block and worst case change the number. I use straight talk and my associated name is my other board handle.
- Use a credit card for anything with the hobby. Everything is cash and no way it is traced to me.
I know these are probably a given for most hobbyists, but for those of us who love to bb it is just a small reminder to protect you.
