Reviews on those sites don't mean anything. I just found out from a provider, that if you leave a bad review, they can deny ever seeing you and the bad review will disappear or never be shown and you will be banned from the site using your isp address.
This makes it tough and most that are there won't post on USA, because they know this. They can hide all there bad crap, behind the site, because that site allows them to rid all the bad reviews.

Tip running in Private / Incognito Mode helps as it does not store information like that after the browser is fully closed.
