Some others are open until 3 or 4 am. But I don't think there are any that are open at 5 or 6 am unless they're 24 hours. I think One Spa opens at 8 am.

Been travelling to New York for good part of 5 years on business and never have I seen getting into a decent joint so difficult! Every MP either doesn't respond to texts, calls. If I had to recommend just one I would go with them.

One other place to consider is Pro Spa. But if you go to Pro, keep in mind that their target service level is a little above the HE via HJ, but still not including FS. So the tip would also be a bit higher.
