I was driving southbound on Beach Wednesday afternoon around 5pm. Saw a few SW here and there up near Lincoln, Orange & Ball, but nothing worth stopping for. I have had some TGTBT experiences being careful like this, even driven to room (which is never advisable) and on the flipside have lost out on some gems as well for being so careful. But better safe than sorry.
This is why this tactic for le has such a limited impact. Traps the illest prepared, the most susceptible, usually least experienced people. A member earlier mentioned how it is perfect for immigrant / minorities. Reminds me of drug war, arresting crackhead by boatload doesn't scratch the surface on sophisticated suppliers and users. Stings are actually great for those that can spot them. How often do people spot stings on one block to find a parade of 25 sws and mongers clogging a street 3 blocks down as 20 cops and thousands tax dollars are busy busting criminals with no priors?

I checked the OC scene the last two nights. DEAD. It's like a cemetery out there. No one on the streets. They must of done a warrant sweep. Last night Leo was everywhere. It was quite depressing.

I'd estimate about 15-20 girls, mostly on Hazard and around the strip joint. I did not see one single LE during that time frame. Definitely a good showing for a Monday!

From some of the picture you guys posted seem like your area has a lot of Latina SW and white SW. I have been following Long Beach Blvd in Compton and the majority are Black and that is not what I am into. What city in Orange county are you finding these SW? Actually would not do SW's anyway, to much risk, from LE and their managers. But sometimes I look. Good memories of the Sunset Strip in the 1960/70's and early 80s. In the dive bars in those days in that area, bought them three drinks, gave them the change from a 20, and the alcoholic semi pros were yours for the night. Sometimes the bar manager would let you use his office for 10 bucks.
