"Sugarbabies" / "Arrangements" Amateurs or Not?

So after a 4 month break I am back on SA and I hit up this 19 year old. I sent her my standard message and she hit me back up. She was very eager to go to the FC. I initially emailed her saying that I was willing to take my time to get to know her and see if we had a connection and this is what she wrote back.

"Idk I don't see why we have to hang out a few times to see if there is a connection. I'm guessing your looking for sex and idk why there has to be a connection for that and I don't have time to waste to go on dates to determine that, I'm struggling and can't even afford to eat or anything and I have bills to pay not to be rude but it's true".

She says she doesn't have a car and lives with her mom.

When asked how much she said however much I could afford to give her.

So my question guys is, does this sound fishy? Is she just UTR. I am so paranoid with the recent LEO activity in RVA.

UPDATE#1: I offered her $100 and she wrote back saying "Ok $100 for what". This is sounding like a sting. HELP MY BROTHERS. I DON'T WANT TO THINK WITH THE LITTLE HEAD! NEED SOME COMMON SENSE

UPDATE#2: she wrote back and said something to affect that if I wanted to have sex for $100 than I can move on. So I wrote back "200?" and she said wrote back I guess so. Oh man I can't be thinking with my little head. Any help is appreciated. I am almost leaning toward cutting her loose.

But maybe it's me or maybe it's the area I am in but $100 doesn't get me any where. I think most women in this area have a bad case of GPS. The first two times I got on SA $100 was a joke for me. IN this area I don't have a lot of options. I understand that $100 or move on is key but when you don't have options I need to up it. $200 is the cheapest I've ever had accepted by a girl. So believe me, I have followed your career closely and have used your tricks when ever I could. $100 just isn't getting me any where in this area. Believe me brother, I've tried. .

In my case I need to get laid at least 20-25 days a month (and don't have an SO). So I have to low ball. If you are looking at once or twice a week, then go higher.

There's lots of hole in the wall student places, some are fairly decent. Airport area, Chesterfield, north side, Manakin / Goochland. Don't discount those areas depending on where you live.

[/QUOTE]Your demographic is like mine -- I like the occasional mixed or AA girl but they tend to be the type that have more Caucasian / Asian / Latina features. AA girls do tend to have lower cost expectations, but there's another reason not to rule them out -- they typically have strong sex drives (which makes them generally enthusiastic fucks) and pretty much across the board they love Caucasian men, it's kind of like a status thing with them I think (I. E. Some seem to feel higher in rank if they are able to land a white boyfriend, or in the case of the bowl a white SD), so once you combine the sexual enthusiasm with the price advantage it's something to consider.

For your preferred demographic, $200 is a reasonable range. Lower than that will probably be possible in edge cases but the average backpage hooker probably makes better than $100 a pop, so if they are claiming to be an SB and going for that rate you have to ask yourself why.

Been primarily using CL and have had 2 good experiences.
