A lot of variables like if the provider is actually looking for regulars, your looks, etc. From my experiences the best thing you can do is see a provider once at the full rate. After I do that I either get discounts or added menu options next time I hit them up. Examples being providers not doing bare BJ to doing it. Going from 100 ss to giving a special of 60 or 70 for ss. I think the negotiation on rates is kinda like menu options of BBBJ, BBFS, Anal, etc. A provider might see you for below her normal rates or allow a certain menu option but might not to others. So maybe that has played a part in why I have been able to find women that are negotiable or seem to drop prices on their own so frequently. Its usually like 10 things I check off. If we are being honest I kinda have a backlog of reviews.
