With the Korean AMPs, Mamasan was the constant while the girls flowed in and out. Since Mamasan quickly caught on to your wishes and whims, she ensured you got the therapy you desired. And Mamasan often intervened to prevent up selling. She wanted you to be a happy camper and to return as often as possible. The Mamas at Palm Tree / Yoshi and Lily worked that way. Bamboo started that way but there was some management turnover and I cannot say how it is now. But those places shuttered and the Chinese shops started rolling in. From my experience, management tends to remain in the background. Repeat visits with the same therapist might improve the session but I have not gotten any hint of more than standard hands on therapy.

A complicating factor are the "legit" AMPs. Four Seasons being one of several that are around town. Where the therapy is just that: Therapy. My own rule of thumb is that if an AMP advertises exclusively in the MASSAGE or THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE sections of Backpage or Craigslist, then I'll pass on them. But as always, there are not guarantees and mileages do vary.

I had a chance to stop by Golden Sun. Saw Annie (can't really tell age anymore. But younger that mamasans but looked over 30?

The door fee was $70 for an hour. I was told the table shower was broken after I was already disrobed and ready. The massage started with a few interruptions. It was really good, actually worked out my shoulders and back. Some really nice teasing, especially a new one when her leg was between mine when face down and she made some strategic humping.

Guys I like the fact that there are post regarding new AMPs and services or non-services offered. But a lot of these places do not have a sign in the window or on the building. May be due to the fact that they do not plan to be at the location for very long or they are trying to visually stay under the radar. The bottom line is that they are not advertising and sometimes the only way to find them is by the address so if you can please either include the address in your post or if they have an add online include the link.

Had a great massage and extra there yesterday. Look legit, but will take matters into their hands without a request, and will allow most extras. A great experience and is my new go to place.

Visited here last weekend in the later afternoon. It's in a crowded strip mall with a lot of activity. Walk in and see Alice, the one therapist working who is currently with a client. She is taller, attractive and has a very lively personality. I wait a few minutes, she ushers me to the room and the other client out, and then we begin. I was very impressed with Alice's personality and demeanor; that was probably the best part of the experience. She gave a firm massage that was pretty good, and focused quite a bit on the ass, which was a nice touch. DIY after that, which was a letdown, a table shower, and I was out. Not my favorite experience so I probably wouldn't repeat. There were also quite a few customers coming in that she had to attend to as there was no one else working, but that's par for the course on a weekend.

This place was on my "to-do" list until I realized their ad was very similar to that run by Liu Shin spa on Philips Highway. As reported here, Liu Shin also did not leave the client happy. I'm guessing the same management runs both shops. Incidentally, unless I missed it, neither shop advertises rates either. Going forward the best bet is one of the Chinese shops that advertise $40 half hour therapy. From what I've enjoyed as well as reading here, you will leave happy at those shops. Not Palm Tree / Yoshi, Lily, Southside happy but just happy.
