As a "Regular" member your posts are moderated and take a while to actually show, and you have no editing or deleting power. Once you make "Senior" status you will have instant posts and editing or deleting powers.

You should get that at any time since you have more than 6 months membership and just now hit 25 posts. Read this Newbie's, I just explained how you get Senior status, so if you ask 2 posts from now, you will likely get flamed. :-)
