It sounds like you are trying to do things the right way now and I applaud that. The mistake that some make is discussing tips in the room, that is such a buzz kill! I mean who tips a waitress before the meal without knowing how good the service will be? The girls that do the best and get crazy business are the ones that NEVER discuss tips or try to hide it by calling the appointment an "Exotic session", etc. Just give a nice fun session and we will tip accordingly! One of my favorites is of course Natasha at Panacea. She has never, ever discussed a tip amount and she makes money hand over fist by giving great service and sees the value in repeat customers.

Once that session starts and door is shut I can't do much or monitor what a provider does, but these reviews from you mongers does help and like I said I'm trying and learning a lot!

All's Hayley has to do to keep business coming in is make sure her providers are doing the best job they can and treat the clients right unlike Winter did. It is all word of mouth. It seems to me that the market is getting pretty saturated with STG and City that pretty much all these providers can ask for whatever $$$ they want. Yep my thoughts exactly. Look through this and previous page. All positive comments are 1-3 posts members. All seniors pointing out price and service issues. If I were them I'd make damn sure RichieGR leaves happy since he'll be the only senior posting soon and most of us will at least believe his report.

I assure you I'm real, and a happy customer.

Consider the possibility that "some people had negative experiences" AND "those problems were with a different provider, and they've fired her" could BOTH be true!

In the past I've visited panacea occasionally but went looking for a new place recently. (Nothing against panacea, was just looking for a change of pace and something closer to home). That search led me to serenity but also here where I've been watching as a guest for awhile. So far I've found this board very informative and useful but my humble suggestion would be that maybe serenity realized they had a problem and are working on it, and those efforts have produced some happy customers.

I signed up just to offer a different pov. I have no idea who winter is. I recognize haley from serenity office but haven't dealt with her at all other than being offered a bottle of water on my way in. All I know is that I had a great visit with Layla, and thought that might be useful information. I'd dm more with a senior member but not ready to throw too many details on the board. Thanks.
