Finally got a reply from rubratings ad with a 516 area code. I am pretty sure this was the sawmill apartment from last year and now this is their response. Feels stingy to me. (Attached the screenshot of our conversation, removed my age / race but did answer).

Senior member going to be visiting your Columbus for the first time early next week. Looking for suggestions on AMP's in the area. Best to visit, rates ect.

Often off of 17th, but moves locations because I've also been off of 161 for the same as before. Hope this helps, and it's been the real deal for me so far.

So it looks like WR has gone dark. At least with their advertising? The previous RR ad that was shared appears to only have limited info available now which does not include their address or phone number. Just curious if anyone has been on site in the past couple of days? Last action I can see is 4/17.

I little older than the ad would indicate, but a full menu, will likely repeat.
