Driving down Harbor yesterday spotted a WSW at HB and Bolsa, pulled into the shopping center but then my phone rang and had to pass, she looked ok. Also the other night on BB spotted another WSW at BB and orange where the hospital is located, I got the eye and pulled in but she crosses the street and I lost her. Reason being, you've got a lot of traffic on these streets so it's a lot easier to blend in. At night, you'll see LE every 5th car on Lincoln. Also, last thing you want is to get stopped and she turns out to be a dope mule carrying some trash.
