Because they do this only part-time when they want to make extra $ they have little incentive to provide the kind of consistently good service that builds a regular client base. That's not to say some of them aren't cute and hot but in a way it's almost just a higher-end version of the other Asian crapshoot places. By that I mean that the pics are usually fake and the level of service is completely dependent on which girl you get and how she's feeling that day.
