I figured there must be others like her, so I would do a quick drive by once in a while, saw several suspects, but no pickups.

I always picked up girls while on foot because you see a lot more girls. There's a lot of girls in that area working. A lot of them try to keep it low. I've ran into some who have there own places they've gotten through the shelters and they just come in the area to get high. But anyway if you think you won't come off as a cop or a sucker. I would recommend walking around the area by the shelters hospitals even walk into that tent called the engagement center. There is a lot of talent out there that will blow your mind.
