The purpose of the discount is to encourage a continued relationship with a customer. To make right something that went wrong so that you can continue the relationship, and a lot can change in a year. Sorry. Just sayin'.

Also, if you wanted to look at it as a discount coupon, you will see coupons also have expiration dates, normally within the month. You waited a year to get your discount; if it were my business I would have told you the same thing she told you.

I was going to be passing through her area (trailer in NKY) on my way home from down south, so I set up an appointment. When I got to her place she came out and told me her sitter could not come but we could do a car date for the agreed upon rate and she would give me a future date to make up the difference. Well, you can guess the rest. Next time I tried to set up time with her (I think it was like 6 weeks later) she could not remember the promise. I was not surprised to hear she could not remember her pass word on her account a couple of weeks ago. LOL.

Didn't you have a smaller type vehicle and we couldn't really do wjat we wanted to or am I mistaken. Usually if I say I'm going to do something, I do it! If I call in a timely manor but a year later she is not obligated to give you a rain check. I have had providers cancel on me an say they will make it up. It happened about a week ago with Devine Rachel. I contacted her a few days later and she honored her promise.

I think you missed out in waiting a year. These ladies see many gentlemen and you cannot expect her to remember you. I don't even think a retail store would honor a raincheck after a year.

One was Lady J when she spent the night st the Casino.

And had a little to much hell a lot to much to drink she couldn't make our morning appointment. She took great care of me two days later and it was as as always worth the wait with her. The other one was Devine Rachel just a week or so ago when she had to cancel. I won't go into detail on what they did for you he makeup but I was very pleased with both.
