I usually offer 100-120 for the hh and I've never been turned down. Of course that tactic works best if you're ready to go and can be at their location pretty quickly (within 30 minutes or so). If they try to talk you into a higher price you can just say that's all you have in your budget and you'll keep calling different places until you find one that accepts your offer. As long as you're polite (but firm) you should be OK. As always, YMMV, but I've never had a problem with that approach.

The provider at the Asian crapshoot places is never the person who answers the phone, IME (their English skills are usually too limited). So making an offer of 100-120 for the hh is like getting a discount on the house fee from the MMS at an AMP and it shouldn't affect the level of service you receive, although I guess it's possible. Still, if you have a not-so-great session with the provider, I'm not sure how you'd be able to figure out any specific reason beyond the provider herself.

She was very lean and skinny with no discernible cup size on the chest, puffy nipples and a rather average, but not aesthetically pleasing face, short dark hair, a rear end that's probably comparable to an old asian man.
