I can't believe these asshats are still holding Nana in the graybar hotel for walking across the railroad tracks again. She needs to stop crossing those tracks, and if she was smart make a complaint that the railroad has not built a pedestrian Crossing that is less then the ones that are a mile apart. In a highly residential area like that she could argue that they need to install railroad crossings for pedestrians. But that's a world of stuff she does not know to do. In fact the land lease to the railroad clearly states in Florida statutes that in a highly congested residential area that pedestrian railroad crossings will be supplied no more than a thousand feet on center with more then 1000 residence per square mile. But most people don't know this. And as I'm sure his own six Lake Worth has more than a thousand residents in that section it would apply and require them to install pedestrian Crossings every 1,000 ft but our legislators never make them do it. Pedestrian Crossings of railroad tracks can be as simple as a sidewalk that crosses the tracks with drop Gates or pop-up Gates as some of them have and other states, or a foot traffic bridge that goes up and over the tracks. Seeing as there's a bus stop right there it could definitely be argued that the residents of that Community need access to that bus stop without having to walk over 2,000 ft to the South and then 2,000 ft back to the north to get to the bus stop or the convenience store across the street. The other option would be walking to 12th Avenue South which is a good 3000 something feet in the other direction. Totaling more then 5,000' between Crossings, traffic crossings are required to be within one mile of each other in congested residential areas they meet that by having one at 12th Ave and then the One South of 15th but they don't meet The Pedestrian requirement. If she doesn't look out she's going to end up on a railroad trespass three strikes law and go from a misdemeanor to a third degree felony. Funny thing is if you look up her railroad crossing charge you will see that she is the only one they keep pegging for it. I drive by all the time and see countless people crossing those railroad tracks but they only keep messing with Nana, Nana told me that that cop doesn't like her and he's the same one who keeps busting her for it. I asked her if she's been turning him down and she said no he's not one that comes and asks for anything, for whatever reason he just doesn't like her. I told her before she should go to the other cops who are always coming and visiting her on a regular basis, they know who they are. And get them to put pressure on him to leave her alone she has some very high ranking PBSO visiting her several times a week, she should use that. Baby on the other hand keeps getting shafted and a huge amount of trumped-up charges because she refuses to service the local PD on their whims. 2 of our best girls keep going away because of these asshats.
