Over the past month or so I've reached out then she responds telling me the required verification. I provide it and then I'm ghosted when I circle back. This has happened 7 times now (not exaggerating) with me reaching out, her responding verification info, me sending it again, then no response. After the 4th time I asked if she can confirm if it's been received and she gave me thumbs up. When I followed up she told me she remembers but to send again, and I sent screenshots of my previous message with the verification and her confirmation. Then nothing, and the cycle continued.

I've given up at this point but what could be the deal or have others been through this too?
