Had my share of disappointments and successes. One thing I would add, her recruitment quality has definitely "changed" and I say that because to people like me, I'd say went down, but others may find it improved. For me, I saw her decline of young fresh talent even though some were L1 or L2 only. Ever since she went all out Euro, all we have seen are tour milfs of variable sub-par quality and mostly olde age well into the late 30's. Some may find that refreshing, but some of us prefer the younger fresh talent and quality. Regardless, C is a master at bringing them in.
