I've deleted most of your report to save space but left two paragraphs that I wanted to comment about:
1) You were absolutely correct to strip down totally as soon as possible, as this helps establish that you are there for a massage plus extras and that you're not an undercover cop. I usually strip naked in front of the mamasan as soon as I get into the room, especially easy in the summer months where I'll purposely wear t-shirt, shorts and flip-flops to strip down more quickly.

Based on what you wrote, I'm guessing the Joy is a Korean woman, probably over 30 years old, who is willingly working at Hiyako to earn money. At least this is what she did 4 or 5 years ago when I knew her. Her problem back then was turnover. A girl would get popular and build a clientele, then she would go someplace else because she was making more money, or just decide to do something else.
