Or maybe those were the only ones that did fess up, perhaps there were others pulled over that said nothing and hence were not included in the report and not prosecuted. Which brings me to a very important point, don't talk when asked questions! That's their job-to make you say statements to incriminate yourself. If these girls were victims they would have had an obligation to intervene as soon as they noticed they where being abused or taken advantaged of. Cops or citizens for that matter can't sit back watch and video tape as a women is gang raped for instance to collect evidence and then track down the assailants at a later date. They have a responsibility to intervene. But then I remembered after the parkland shooting, hearing that cops are not actually required to intervene, which is why nothing happened to that cop that did nothing while those kids were dying. Also, none of these guys are getting charged with trafficking unless they KNEW about it. Every story has said the same, that they are getting hit with misdemeanors, so not sure where you got that they are being charged with trafficking. The 25 people involved with the shop are getting charged with that, not the customers. As of yet, we know nothing about whether the women there are trafficked or not. If I recall correctly; a highly publicized sweep by the locals and feds came up with only 1 actual trafficking victim.
